I Recently completed a room addition project with RH, overall experience was good, I was working with Om and Idan. We live in Oakland hills and access was very difficult, in that was Heroes had a change order for needing to bring a crane. They were upfront about that but I didn't really think that it will be an issue so I didn't plan for it. Aside to this hiccup the work was amazing, crew was super professional in their customer service and trade wise. They gave us a nice goodbye gift which was very nice touch. Throughout the project the communication was very good and I'm glad that we stay within the budget. Now we get to enjoy the space

Initially contacted Heroes for cabinet refacing. We end the up adding 400 square feet to our home and fully renovating our top floor. We were amazed of their communication skills compare to other contractors. Our project manager was Om and he was very impressive with his knowledge about design and city codes. We started by drafting a floor plan and working with their architect was quick and easy. The work went smoothly surprisingly enough. I must say that they could kept the outside more clean, the back yard was full of debris for over 2 weeks, but once we said something they sent a truck the next day to pick it up. We had 1 tool that gone missing and they replaced it for us. We will 100% recommend them to anyone that looking for a design and build service. Thank you Om

Thank you for the amazing Heroes team for doing such an amazing work on my dated, green, linoleum ugly 60's kitchen. I first contacted Heroes for some random work around the house, then I realize that they also do design work and major construction. I was thrilled to start the process as I was planning to remodel my kitchen since forever. I met with Idan and he explained to me the process of the design and the permitting and the construction which was very confusing for me. They've got the permits pretty quickly and we started construction. Within four weeks they were done, of course I was in shock because except for HGTV kitchens are not being done so quickly usually. Our PM, Meril, and her full service architecture, design and construction team (Bar, Roman, Oscar) did an incredible job on our Portola SF remodel. They added and redid one bathroom, added a skylight, and fully remodeled the kitchen. The team did an incredible from architecture and design to full installation. They offered great communication through and through. They handled permit communications with the city of SF with ease and we never even got involved once! Would highly recommend to use Remodeling Heroes for any project again!

Idan was professional and communicative. He offered to support me in deciding on flooring and came to Home Depot with me to talk me through the choices. I learned a lot about remodeling from talking with him, which is valuable for me as a homeowner. He was willing to answer all of my questions and talk through different options. He was very flexible in customizing a plan that worked for me (e.g. I wanted to do the painting myself). He was also extremely patient with some delays caused by my insurance company. Unlike many contractors, he was prompt with communication, and sent over a detailed invoice, which is again helpful for me as a homeowner. I also got the sense he really cares about his customers' experience, and when something came up that didn't work for me, he was generous in making sure I was satisfied. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and would work with Idan again.

We have recently remodeled our kitchen with Remodeling Heroes. The kitchen looks great I must say and we love sitting there. This was our first renovation so we had nothing to compare it to, but we could have guessed that it's was pretty much ok from our friend and family reaction, I guess it considerd pretty fast to get a kitchen done in 3 weeks. We started with initial design consultation, we met with Raz, he was very knowledgeable and knew all city codes and requirements. Raz provided us a cost estimate within 24 hours, which was pretty impressive since all the other companies took about 2 weeks. We loved the design and the price was fair and we went for it. The crew was very nice and respectful people, they make sure to keep our house clean. And we already planning a small detached addition with Heroes. We recommend to work with Raz

I cannot thank Remodeling Heroes enough!!! They made our dream bathroom come true! Our downstairs bathroom was in dire need of work - and we needed to make it a safe and accessible place for my family. We needed a walk-in shower and a higher toilet, as well as grab bars installed. The Heroes Team were VERY communicative, honest and open about the process from beginning to end, and worked EXTREMELY hard. I would absolutely recommend them for your project. All the staff were EXTREMELY professional, kind, and committed to great work. We absolutely LOVE our bathroom!!! Everyone feels much more safer and comfortable now - it feels like a spa in our home. I feel they we t above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work. They reinforced the floor to make it sturdier and prevent any leaks. We hired this folks to complete half bathroom project that was done poorly by a different contractor, we end up firing the other contractor and hiring Heroes. The communication was smooth, our project manager was Idan the owner, he gave us he feeling the we were his only project. The price was fair and they were able to pass city inspections very quickly and professionally. Once that was done they also remodeled our guest bathroom which we love! We been working for this company for many years. We have another property in Sausalito. They also been doing remodeling to our home in alameda. We started off with kitchen remodel and eventually did a 500 sqft addition and flooring for the entire house. The addition was consist of master bedroom and bathroom. We enjoying it every day!
